Welcome to Sierra Leone!

My name is Drew, and welcome to the ninth season of Survivor Unlimited!



I'm currently traveling by helicopter into the Outamba-Kilimi National Park, located in the heart of Sierra Leone. Alongside me are eighteen new players, all of whom are aiming to be the ninth Sole Survivor.



Located in western Africa, Sierra Leone is known for its beautiful beaches, and it's also home to some of the most stunning wildlife in the entire world.



But it's also well known for its bloody, brutal civil war that nearly tore the entire country apart. The war lasted eleven years, with over fifty thousand casualties.



Now that the war is over, the country is recovering and thriving like never before. All the culture and history behind this small country makes it the perfect place for our ninth season.







Now... it's time to split the eighteen of you into tribes! You will be divided into two tribes of nine. Both tribes are named after cities located in Sierra Leone.

Adam, Andrew, Bray, Calvin, Eddie, Lexi, Nick, Scarlet, Shane... you guys are the Kambia tribe! You will wear the color red.



ALITL, Amby, Cheese, Dolphin, Gruff, Jayden, Jesse, Sam and Vic... you guys are the Moyamba tribe. You will wear the color purple.



Get to know your new tribes! I will give you all twenty-four hours to get to know one another, and then at 9PM tomorrow, I'll post your next announcement.
