Immunity Challenge #7 - Invasion

Today's immunity challenge has never been done in this series before. It is called Invasion, and here is how it works.

This is a live challenge in which the aim is to, without getting spotted, attack the opposing tribe’s fort without the other tribe realizing and defending your attacks.

I will create a Discord channel for which both tribes are able to launch their invasions of the other tribe’s fort.

In order to start an invasion, one tribe member will post in the channel, “[Your tribe name] prepares to attack.” (You’ll change out the brackets for your tribe’s name.)

Then, all of the members of that tribe, including that first tribe member, must post as much as they can, “I attack [the opposing tribe]’s fort.” There is one condition: when you attack, you must wait for at least one of your tribemates to have successfully attacked before you can attack again.  (Note that mistyping your comment will not count as a successful attack.)

Once you wish to end your tribe’s invasion, you must comment, “[Your tribe name] ends their invasion.” The total number of successful attacks landed between the starting post and the ending post will determine the number of points scored in that invasion. For example, if Novato attacks Soldado seven times, and Novato ends their invasion, Novato will score seven points for that invasion. You can only earn a maximum of fifty points per invasion, so if you launch over fifty attacks in one invasion, and manage to successfully end the invasion, you will still only gain fifty points.

However, if the other tribe realizes that their opponents are attacking their fort, they can defend, by any one tribe member saying, “[Defending tribe] defends against the invasion.” If this is posted before the other tribe ends their invasion, then the invasion is broken up, and no points are scored by the attacking tribe in that round. Thus, the goal of the attacking tribe is to end their invasion before the defending tribe has a chance to stop it.

Each tribe will be able to launch up to ten invasions against the other tribe. Your tribe may only have one invasion active at once; either your tribe must end the current invasion or the other tribe must defend against it before you can begin a new one.

One last rule, there will be no talking during the invasion challenge, aside from attack/defense. No exceptions.

The challenge will end after either 24 hours have passed, or if it becomes mathematically impossible for one tribe to win. The tribe with more points will win tribal immunity, and the losers will have a date with me at tribal council.. The challenge will begin at 10:00 PM EST tonight, good luck!
